Refund / Cancellation Policy

We value your trust and strive to provide a positive experience for all Offerings, including courses, workshops, digital products, webinars, physical products, and events.

1. Refund Policy for Workshops, Courses & Services

🟢 Workshops Priced ₹500 or Less
No refunds will be provided to keep costs low. Instead, you may receive access to the next session or a recording (if available).

🟢 Full Payment Satisfaction Promise
If you genuinely feel the workshop or service did not meet your expectations, you may request a review for a refund. If approved, you may not rejoin the same event.

🟢 Token / Partial Payments
If you booked with a token amount and change your mind, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment. After this, the token becomes non-refundable.

🟢 Cannot Attend
If you cannot attend an event you’ve paid for, inform us at least 2 days in advance. We can transfer your booking to the next batch once, or help transfer it to someone else.

🟢 Event Cancellation or Reschedule
If we must cancel or reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available batch.

2. Physical Product Refund / Replacement

  • Original Condition: Items must be returned unused with original packaging and invoice.
  • Replacement Policy: Replacement only for damaged or defective products received.
  • Timeline: Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at 3roverseassolutions@gmail.com with proof of payment and a reason for your request. Refunds for offline payments will be processed via bank transfer.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Please note that payment timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Legal Note

This policy follows the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under local jurisdiction.
